Qualico, Inc, a Texas Corporation, was founded in 1988 as a licensed General Contractor and construction management company specializing in restoration, reconstruction, remodeling, and repairs for both residential and commercial projects .

Qualico, Inc is a member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARLorg), an approved contractor for the Office of Veterans Affairs (VA), is licensed/registered with the State of Texas under the prior TRCC provisions, and is a Lead Safe Certified Firm with the Environmental Protection Agency. All work adheres to government requirements for FHA, VA, and HUD.

Qualico, Inc provides our clients peace of mind by being fully insured for liability issues, though in our long history we have never had the need to file a claim.

Our scope of work has involved jobs as small as replacing a light-switch cover for one client in Plano, TX, then on the other end of the spectrum, completing a full $500,000 addition to a home in Colleyville, TX. We are a Preferred Contractor for several national Bank Trusts, we complete handicap accessible remodeling for Veterans through the VA, as well as being a selected contractor for insurance carriers for fire and water damage restorations.
